I used this product in conjunction with a not-so-good diet, but with exercise (walking 2+ miles 5 times a week with the dogs, and strength training, sort of, about three times a week). I've been struggling with losing weight after having 4 beautiful children. My father researched this and we decided to go out on a limb and try it.
